Our pricing plan has two components. A single one-time onboarding charge for the design and build of your hub and a monthly service subscription fee, based upon the data volumes managed by us on your behalf. The minimum contract term is 12 months.
The entire process from initial discussions to Hub delivery to your end users should take no longer than 6-8 weeks. Ashia can be delivered within days, but most implementations take the full 8 weeks, with the critical factor being the curation of your custom video series required for your launch.
Yes. We do not require, nor store, any data that identifies any individual.
We employ a data processing team who manage, maintain and update our systems daily. Every piece of data held by us is checked and verified every 90 days.
Working to your brief, our data research team identifies, validates and verifies the organisations that we signpost, using a number of sources including the Charity Commission, Companies House, OSCR and professional membership organisations. We will of course work with you to ensure that your own data is included.
No. Medical advice is not provided, only the personal stories and experiences of individuals.
We can design your hub to clearly signpost other services that you offer so that you can effectively create a wellness one-stop shop.
Yes. We offer a number of end user access options to ensure your hub is only visible and available to your community.
No. Ashia is designed ‘mobile first’ and is optimised for mobile users and operates on a hand held device as if it were an app. We recommend that your end users save your Hub’s URL to their home screens.
Yes. Data management access can be provided to our clients via their Insights Hub if required.
